DI was the industry leader in extracting the most efficiency and effectiveness out of existing contact center operations and technology.
DI was founded by Don Sutton and Phil Grosdidier in 2001.
Effective 2/19/2025, the principals of Dial Interactive, Inc. (Don Sutton and Phil Grosdidier) have decided to cease operations and close DI.
